Rest and Recharge

As we approach winter season, this may be a good time to do the same as nature which is resting and recharging. This can be an interesting time for certain people with holidays being here. Please be kind ❤️ and compassionate towards each other as this time can bring sadness, grief, and loneliness.


Here are some tips that you can do in order to recharge or heal over the holidays❄️:


  • Surround yourself with friends and family! Having support during this time can be one of the biggest factors of resetting yourself. It's good to have people that give you good energy!

  • Listening to your body. It is okay to REST! A lot of times we feel guilty of not "doing anything" by resting and that's not the case. If something feels off or you just need a minute, take it!

  • Meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️ and yoga. You can find guided or short meditations through the day to get moments of stillness.   • Feel Your feelings and transmute! It is okay to feel how you feel but don't stay there or let them overtake you. Release those feelings by journaling 📓, exercising, hitting a pillow (this actually works!), or talking with a therapist!


With this being said, Divine Healing and Restoration will take a small break to rest and recharge to prepare for the New Year! We appreciate everyone for rocking and supporting us!! Thank you all so much! 🙏🏾
